Basic Ordering Information

Fun Photo accepts Visa and Master Card credit cards, personal checks, money orders or cash as payment for orders.  Credit card orders may be placed at any time of day on this website.  To order by check or money order, please print your order # on your payment and mail it to Fun Photo, 310 E Pleasant St, Taylorville, IL 62568.  Cash payments can be made at our studio when picking up orders.  If you have any special needs or would like to see other offerings, please send us an email explaining.

To place an order:

  1. Click on the 'View Pictures' link on the home page.
  2. Locate your event and click on it.
  3. If the event is a collection of events, you will need to locate your specific event within the collection and click on it to gain access to the pictures.
  4. If the event is password protected, please enter the password when prompted.  Note: Passwords are not case-sensitive.
  5. Click on any thumbnail picture to enlarge it for viewing and ordering.  Watermarks are used for copywrite protection on the website and are not on the final print you will receive with an order.  When available, you can also view the photo in black & white.  
  6. You may want to use the slideshow feature to browse through the pictures.  You can also create an album of your favorites as you go through the pictures.  This will allow you to go back to your album and only view the photos that are important to you.  Please make sure to save your album before exiting.
  7. Click on 'Order/View Prices' at the right of the enlarged picture.
  8. Select the sizes and quantity you wish to order and add them to your shopping cart.  Any discounts will be deducted from your order's total during the checkout procedure.
  9. Proceed to checkout or continue shopping.
  10. To process your order at checkout:

a. For credit card payments, the checkout procedure will take you through the steps necessary to verify and pay for your order.  Credit card payment is encrypted and secure.  

b. For check or money order payments, mail your payment to the address provided or bring your payment with you if you selected to pick up your order at the studio.  Make sure to write your order # on your check or money order.


Shipping Policy:

Orders usually ship within 4 to 6 weeks after receipt of payment.  Shipping options are as follows:

  1. Shipping charges for senior and family orders within the United States are $3.00 and are sent by United States Postal Service First Class Mail.  All order balances must paid prior to being shipped.

  2. Shipping is free for all Action Sports orders within the United States and are sent by United States Postal Service First Class Mail.  All order balances must paid prior to being shipped.

  3. Orders may be picked up directly at our studio at 1011 N. Webster (north end of the KMRM Insurnace building), Taylorville, IL.  Just select this option when checking out.

    4. Picture Day orders are not charged for shipping and will be delivered to the sponsoring organization for distribution or          may be picked up locally.


Refund Policy:

Upon receipt of your order, please notify us by email of any discrepancies.  We will work with you to remedy any problems.  Our products are 100% guaranteed.  Full refunds within 30 days if not satisfied.
